Pocket PC Greek Language Extender (LEng) is designed for Greek Pocket PC, Pocket PC 2002, Windows Mobile/Pocket PC 2003 and Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition support (Pocket PC/Windows Mobile Greek localization). Language Extender package includes drivers of Greek Pocket PC on-screen keyboard and Greek regional settings. As optional feature, it provides translation of Pocket PC interface to Greek language.
With Pocket PC Greek support you can input information in Greek language in any application on your Pocket PC, edit it, save, transfer to other Pocket PC’s or desktop computers and print documents including texts in Greek language.
Pocket PC Greek support features:
- Full Pocket PC/Windows Mobile interface Greek translation (all icons, menus, dialogs of Pocket PC interface and built-in Pocket PC applications will be translated)
- On-screen keyboard layout for Greek letters input. You can use different Greek layouts
- New! Word autocomplete function completes words you are typing on the on-screen keyboard or Pocket PC external keyboard (available in Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition version only)
- Availability to adjust appearance of the on-screen keyboard layouts (3D-look, color keys, font of keys)
- Special module for external Pocket PC keyboard that allows using portable keyboards to type in Greek with different Greek layouts
- Greek format of date and time (Pocket PC Greek regional settings)
- Correct synchronization operations of Pocket PC applications and desktop applications (for example, MS Office applications)
- Modified Character Recognizer (Letter Recognizer) to write Greek symbols (by default you can write only English symbols on Pocket PC), availability to adjust it in your own way
- Correct print operation for documents in Greek
