jetBook eReader feature requests

I'd really like to see the following features added to jetBook's support for eReader (.pdb) books:

1) ability to turn justification off -- you have this on the jetBook for plain-text files, but not for eReader

2) ability to use dictionaries with eReader files (including the commercial dictionaries Fictionwise and eReader.com sells)

3) ability to change the left and right margins, so the text doesn't cram up against the edge of the screen (even my Palm version of eReader has this)

4) more font choices, including a serif one (Times or Georgia), in addition to the sans-serif ones (you currently offer Arial and Verdana)

5) for the love of God, only having to enter your credit-card number ONCE, not every time you open a new ebook

I think these are all good suggestions. I would especially like to see the implementation of user defined margins.
