I have tried endless time to write to support and kate to no avail. I tink the support is non-existent. I cant get my dictionary to work even after following the exact instructuons. For flash cards, it work perfectly with the licenses. any hints on how to get it down with the rtf files? its copied almost everywhere i can think of in my moble phone, and it works for non-dictionary product, so this is definitly not the problem rgds james To the top Kate Ashley Messages: 716 08/10/2009 04:06:40    Subject: Hi James, Sorry, current software version does not support WM 6.1 View system requirements on the web site. Win6.0 and 6.1 are base on similar base OS, not sure why it cannot be registered. Anyway just disappointed. 6.1 is not new product, its already been out there for a long time.
