Hello
I cannot read an epub from Adobe Digital Editions on my Jetbook
I can read one from Project Gutenberg.
Is there something I need to do or is Adobe DE not supported yet?
And if not are there plans to support it.
My jetbook is new, software v0.33c, patch v13.
Thanks

I have had this problem as well. Also on some epubs if I go back to the menu while I am reading it will only pull up the first page when I go back to the book.

I've also experienced the "back to page 1" problem. I thought it happened whenever I plugged the jetBook back into the computer via USB, but maybe it's not just that scenario.

Dear Customer
2. 0.33c version should support ePub format. You may send sample of the file which You cannot download to Technical Support via email pavel@ectaco.com , so we could check it and find out the problem.

The ePub format may be supported but not through Adobe Digital Editions.
I have V0.34 and Patch 15 but I cannot authorize the JB for reading ADE books whether purchased or downloaded as a free book via ADE.
Even though the book is free ADE still has to exist oon the device.

Dear Customers
I am afraid Jetbook doesn’t support ePub format.
Please, use TXT, PDF or FB2 formats.
Best Regards,

You mean it doesn't support the DRM version of ePub.
It does support open epub as I have been accessing text in various formats such as Mobi, epub, PDF, RTF, HTM, PRC, FB2 and txt
3 questions.
Are we going to get access to DRM epub in the future?
If not why?
Is there a charge to you ectaco to install a DRM format support?

I've wondered about that - given that most of the ereaders on the market do just one or two formats and not others. Maybe it's a proprietary licensing thing.
