Hello there,

I've been thinking about getting Talking Dictionary, nonetheless I am still on trial. I am just curious why using keypad doesn't work properly. Whenever, I want to tap a letter it only brings a number form a keypad despite the fact t9 is enabled rather than virtual keyboard. Is this a bug or keypad input is disabled by default? I have tried to reinstall the dictionary, reset the device and revert back to original settings but no avail. I just need to mention that other dictinaries have had no problems of this kind. This issue actually determines if I buy LingvoSoft or some other product.

Please help as I could not find anything on the Internet.

Please note that you need to use the Lingvosoft keyboards which are included to the package of the software. Our keyboards don't have any T9 support.

Hi and thank you for your response. Just to sum up, it means that it is impossible to use any built in keypad just virtual keyboard that is displayed on an lcd screen of my mobile device or is it possible to use abc input using a numeric keypad as it is the case with normal mobile phones?
