I read on another forum that there is a new firmware update and that it would be available 2 APR 09. Where can I download this? Thanks.

Yes, we are going to release an update with the new format support for jetBook in the near future.

at http://www.jetbook.net/upgrade.php. It was changed from .15d to 0.15d-b but it still says Jan 11,2010.
