I've tried 2 different SD cards in my Jetbook. Each one failed the second time I tried to read the contents on Jetbook. The SD cards register as damaged and needing reformatting. Is this because I am using a MAC and not a PC?
Next: I believe I inadvertently purchased a "returned" Jetbook because the Settings section does not work properly. When I try to access my books in the setting section so that I can organize or rename my books, the JETBOOK returns to the main menu: Books Audio Pictures Settings. Can I correct this malfunction by reinstalling the Firmware?
