I am in need for any assistance in installing my license keys. I have an IPAQ hp2495 pocket pc. I purchased "LingvoSoft Suite 2008 English <-> Spanish for Pocket PC" back in October. I tried then and could not get it to install the license keys. Now, i am trying again. When i run the .exe installation it automatically interfaces with Active Sync and correctly installs the programs on the IPAQ. I then follow the directions to install the license keys on the IPAQ but I receive the "unsuccessful registration" message. I have tried to place the keys in directories where i think the programs are looking to no avail. Please can someone help out. My order number is LSC-220998. I really hope that someone on staff or a developer can help me out. Or someone who has been through this before.
