Flash Card 2008 - import dict

I have problem with FC Bulder and import dictionaries to FC 2008.
I create dictionary English->Czech in FC Builder and after import I have new dictionary Tagalog->Croatian 
Next problem: I can't delete this wrong dictionary because the button DELETE is not active.
FC Builder ver. 2.1.25.1
FC 2008 for win ver. 3.1.48

yes, it's not possible to delete them.
You can create a new database only.

Thanks for answer. No good message
I have next problem with FC 2008:
I disabled option Autoswitch keyboard in the Option section Advanced.
If I type new words to dictionaries the program switch keybord still between english end czech.
Do you have any idea in this case?

of course 
I have 2 keyboards in my Windows XP (Czech, English)
1. start Flash Card 2008
2. menu FlashCards -> Options ... -> tab - Advanced -> Autoswitch keyboard - boolean has value FALSE -> OK
3. menu FlashCards -> Manage dictionaries -> New ...
4. set Database name TEST
5. Source English, Target Czech
6. New word -> Add...
The window Add word has 2 parts:
First is for English word and second is for Czech word.
If I want type english word the apllication switch keyboard to English but it's not correct because I set Autoswitch keyboard - FALSE.
It's problem for czech people because we have different keys position.
