Could someone fix this problem. I work in Japan and I really have to use the dictionary. To the top jonb_321 Messages: 1 09/05/2008 17:19:08    Subject: there are no registration keys sent with orders. you have to email to get them. the key isn't listed in my account area either. so after downloading the software and paying for it, you have to email in and wait for someone to respond with a key. or at least that has been my experience. i've purchased a few times from them and the process has always been complicated.
