Are Lingvosoft still in business?

I have just noticed that there appear to be no replies from technical (usually from Kate) posted this year. As most of their sales systems are totally automated I suppose it is conceivable that they never came back after New Year - anybody know the situation?

Well I had three emails from them today - a bit like buses, wait for months and several arrive at once!
Now we know they still exist I will post when I get a solution

Well it seems that reports of their demise are exaggerated! After 3 months of waiting I've got all the keys I need in the format that works!
Now why couldn't they have done that 3 months ago?

Typically it takes 1-2 business days to receive the feedback from customer support.
