Missing download and reg key

Hello, I have the same problem.
I bougth a dictionary today but no download link and key were provided. I got the buy confirmation email with order number but nothing about how to download the dictionary or whatever.
Please, help!.

have you guy and gals download the order you guys had place?
i am an interested reader who need a translation software, prefer with OCR, PDA too if possible...
pls let me know cos i have brought ORIENTAL EXPRESS 6.0 Enterprise version from my local retailer and if cause my computer to hang and cannot restart everytime i install it and windows will alway uninstall it in order to restart my computer...
i wanted to try this tong yi translation from here but scare might and the same problem... HELP BY REPLY ME ABOUT ALL THE SOFTWARE OFFERED HERE... THE PRO AND THE CON.... PLS!
