Registration key accepted once then does not unlock software       Forum Index -> ECTACO Forum   Autor Message Anonymous 09/06/2005 19:53:22    Subject: Registration key accepted once then does not unlock software I just purchased and installed LingvoSoft English-Chinese for Pocket PC and ECTACO English-Chinese Phrasebook for Pocket PC. I am using an iPAC HX2410 with Windows Mobile 2003 SE. The First installation and registration went well. I then installed the phrasebook but it did not show up in the Programs page. I found the program file, ran it, and entered the Registration key - it said congratulations and seemed to work. THEN, the next time I ran it, it again prompted me for the registration key, but this time it says "wrong serial number" even though I have carefully entered it many times. I tried de-installing and re-installing the software but to no avail.
