Installation

I downloaded the free version of the portuguese-english talking dictionary directly onto my pocket pc via wi-fi. When I tap the icon, it says "Not a valid pocket pc application." I assume because it's not installed properly. Is there a supplemental installation kit? How do I get the application to run?
Thanks!

Good day!
When downloading PocketPC apps from our site you have options ZIP and EXE download ( EXE [3693911 bytes]; ZIP [2859550 bytes])
.EXE file designed for MS Windows Desktop installation (Win ME/2K/XP etc), so it couldn't run on Pocket PC directly;
.ZIP file could be opened on Pocket PC if you install some kind of PocketZIP manager to unpack it.
//You need to run (just tap it in FileExplorer) .CAB files on PKPC after unpacking.
