I've installed the Desktop Manager (Windows XP Prof. SP3) and when you connect the device on partial copy of the USB driver and then asked to insert CD eBookMan? Then press OK in the window, where You are asked to insert CD. The unit must be on. Then You will see connection on the monitor and EBM unit, so You will be able to exchange data between unit and PC.
