1.While iwas using cctaco prtner ea800 suddenllt some one eject mmc
2. I insrt it again but when i click on the dectionaries,the english arabic dictionary,wordnet and phrase book ,the did not play or respond.
3.i made rest but without interst.
4.imade a copy to my hard disk but unfortunatelly some file could"nt copy
5. i formate the mmc, and copy the files frome my hard desk to the mmc
6. i insert it and try to reload it using the instruction given in the forum
7.this message appared ; no pakage found on mmc

Dear Ahmed,
Thank you for your mail.
Please try to download from this link:
ftp://80.247.183.35/p800_eng_ara_126.exe
Click on the Link and choose Save from the Pop Up windows.
Once it's downloaded to your PC you need to unpack this file on you PC double-clicking on it.
After that you will get a folder with the folders and files.
You need to take out the MMC from your unit, insert MMC to the card reader and write all content from this folder to the MMC replacing all its content.
Once you rewrite it please insert it back to your unit and perform a reset according to user's guide.
It should work after that.

Dear Customer,
1. Put MMC-card in the card-reader;
2. Delete all data from MMC-card.
3. Unpack the link to the MMC-card.
4. Put MMC-card back in the unit.
5. Press RESET.
